Simple Way to Avoid Inflammation

Inflammation is a basic way in which the body reacts to infection, irritation or other injury, the key feature being redness, warmth, swelling and pain. Inflammation is now recognized as a type of nonspecific immune response.
How to avoid inflamation, here is some tips for you in relation with your diet.

Eat This:
Salmon: source of two potent anti-inflammatory omega 3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA.
Green tea: contains anti-inflammatory flavonoids to reduce heart disease + cancer risk.
Virgin olive oil: can reduce occurrences of asthma and rheumatoid arthritis + protects heart.
Broccoli: has phytonutrients to help rid the body of carcinogenic compounds.
Sweet potatoes: antioxidant-dense, a good source of fibre to heal inflammation.

Avoid This:
Wine + beer: high in
pro-inflammatory sugar linked to liver disease + breast cancer.

Many employe feel not well in their office, it can be caused by their self or by the office condition.  Here is some tips for you if you are one of them:
